Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. Athlete Collaborations

Athletes must comply with all NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) rules set by their school, conference, NCAA, or other governing body.

Revenue share and payout details are outlined in separate agreements between Montage Athlete and the athlete.

Athletes are responsible for obtaining permission from any photographer or copyright holder before submitting photos through the form.

We may pause or end collaborations if compliance issues arise.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content belong to Montage Athlete unless otherwise noted.

Athletes grant permission for their name, image, and likeness to be used in creating and promoting agreed-upon merchandise.

Unauthorized reproduction or resale is not allowed.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Taxes and shipping fees are added at checkout.

Orders are only processed once payment is complete.

We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary and are handled by third-party carriers.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been shipped. However, we will work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final since items are made-to-order.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with proof, and we’ll send a replacement.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to use of our site, products, or services.

Athletes are responsible for following NIL compliance rules.
